Meet Macy

I’m a licensed therapist in Idaho with a Master’s degree in Counseling. I’m trained in EMDR and have extensive experience with life transitions, anxiety, trauma, ADHD, autism, and more.

At my core I aim to be compassionate and genuine with you. I believe in building a strong, trusting relationship with you, where you can feel safe to be your authentic self. My focus is on creating a comfortable space where you feel supported and valued. The work won’t stop there… I’ll also challenge you to step outside your comfort zone, go below the surface, and explore new ways to achieve a more balanced life.

Therapy with me is collaborative, personalized, and paced around you. I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all approach. Our work together will be shaped by your needs, your story, and what feels most helpful for where you are right now.

Outside the Office

When I’m not at work, I love spending quality time with my rescue pup, Zeus. He’s my adventure partner and comes kayaking, 4-wheeling, and on the boat with me. I also enjoy spending time outdoors, whether that’s hiking, walking, swimming, or just soaking in the sights.

On the weekends I can be found camping in the summer, snowboarding in the winter, and year-round spending time with my family or reading a book (historical fiction is my #1 genre).

Let’s Connect

If you’re interested in working together, the first step is a free 15-minute consultation. We’ll talk briefly about what you’re looking for, answer questions, and see if it feels like the right fit.
