A calm place to begin
THERAPY FOR TEENS & ADULTS IN IDAHO
FIND STEADIER GROUND
A place to be heard without having to have it all figured out.
Therapy is not about showing up with the perfect words. It’s about having a steady space where your thoughts, emotions, questions, and experiences can be met with care.
At Westwood, the work begins with listening well — and building a path forward from there.
Individual therapy
for teens and adults.
Who I work with
I offer individual therapy for teens, young adults, and adults ages 14 and older.
Many of the people I work with are navigating change, stress, identity, relationships, school, work, family, or simply trying to better understand themselves.
Areas of focus
You don’t have to have the perfect words for what you’re feeling before you begin therapy.
Some people come in with anxiety, grief, stress, trauma, or life changes. Others just know they feel stuck, overwhelmed, disconnected, or not quite like themselves.
In-Person or Telehealth
Sessions are available in person and through telehealth, so therapy can fit more naturally into your life.
Whether we meet in the office or online, the goal is the same: a steady, supportive space where you can feel heard, understood, and supported.
MEET MACY
Therapy starts with you
My approach is warm, collaborative, and honest. I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all therapy — I believe in getting to know the person in front of me and shaping our work around what feels most supportive.
Sessions are a place to talk openly, feel understood, and begin making sense of what you’re carrying.
